Allen Cully has lived in Neosho for the past 10 years and has worked in construction all of his life. He was involved in framing a large portion of the Oak Pointe structure and returned as the foreman on the trim crew that trimmed out the entire building. Allen was hired as the Maintenance Manager initially for his expertise with the building, but it was soon realized that his personality is a perfect fit for working with seniors. He can often be found conversing with the residents and goes above and beyond to make Oak Pointe their home. “I really enjoy coming to work and helping our residents and spending time with them.”
