Ed Hanna takes pride in his position as Oak Pointe’s Dining Manager. Chef Hanna has an impressive and extensive culinary background in the food service industry beginning at age 15 as a dishwasher. He graduated from Crowder College with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. Previous experience includes opening restaurants, training staff, and managing a reservation-only French restaurant. Hanna also owned and operated his own restaurant and catering service for 15 years. “My job with Oak Pointe gives me the opportunity to fulfill my true love and passion of cooking and teaching food service. I feel we should make every day count and bring smiles and love through something everyone loves – eating”.
