Business Office Manager
Jennifer Mills serves the Oak Pointe Community as our Business Office Manager. She oversees the day-to-day business operations and wears many hats, from Human Resources, daily accounting & billing, to serving the residents lunch & dinner in the dining room. Many may recognize Jennifer as she is a lifelong Neosho resident and a graduate from Neosho High School. Jennifer has three children and loves spoiling her granddaughter. “Being able to give back to many of the people who have influenced my life and are now residents or future residents is my favorite thing about working for Oak Pointe. Several of our residents were friends with my grandparents, or my school teachers or customers in my family’s appliance store. Seeing familiar faces walk through the door always brightens up my day.”
